Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last Updated: July 24, 2026

Your California privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information a business collects about them and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of that information.

Invoverge does not sell or share your personal information.

We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the CPRA.

Because we do not engage in either practice, there is no opt-out to perform. This page is provided to satisfy the CCPA/CPRA transparency requirement.

What we do with your data

  • Deliver the Invoverge invoicing service you signed up for
  • Process payments via Stripe (a service provider under CCPA)
  • Send transactional emails required by the service (invoices, receipts, password resets)
  • Send marketing emails only if you explicitly opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime
  • Comply with legal, tax, and audit obligations

Full detail on categories, sources, purposes and third-party recipients is in our Privacy Policy.

Exercise your other CCPA rights

California residents can also:

  • Request to know what personal information we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights

To submit any of these requests, log into your account and use Settings → Security & Privacy, or email us at support@invoverge.com. We verify identity and respond within 45 days as required by law.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you and verification of the agent's identity before honoring the request.
